Transcripts and Records Requests

Whether you need an official or unofficial transcript, student records, or enrollment verification, please review the information below, complete the appropriate form, and allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Currently enrolled students in grades 9-11

  • To view current grades, log in to the FOCUS student and parent portal.
  • To view and download unofficial transcripts, log into the student or parent FOCUS portal and select “Reports” from the portal page.
  • To apply for early admission to Florida Atlantic, contact your assigned school counselor. Transcripts will be sent through the state’s electronic transfer system, FASTER.
  • To order official transcripts and enrollment verifications, please log in to Parchment.

Currently enrolled students in grade 12

for college applications, final transcripts, and scholarship applications

  • To view and download unofficial transcripts, log into the student or parent FOCUS portal and select “Reports” from the portal page.
  • To send final transcripts electronically through FASTER to FAU, or other State of Florida post-secondary schools complete the FAU Lab School Records Request Form and send to Adhusrecords@adhus.fau.edu.
  • For CommonApp, Coalition, Scoir, etc., applications, or for a recommendation form, please contact your assigned school counselor.
  • For NCAA or NAIA transcripts, please contact Mr. Bell, gbell4@fau.edu.
  • For specialized final transcripts and diploma requests (for international schools etc.) complete the FAU Lab School Records Request Form and send to Adhusrecords@adhus.fau.edu.
  • For mailed or emailed final transcripts, please log in to Parchment.
