FAU High School - Jupiter Campus in Partnership with Max Planck Academy Faculty, Dr. Jennifer Krill, Presents at Florida Online Innovation Summit

Dr. Jennifer Krill along with her collaborators, Dr. Evonne Rezler, Dr. Julie Golden-Botti, Dr. Abigail Perkins and Dr. Ozlem Yavuz-Petroski presented their research on implementing immersive online content in STEM labs at the Florida Online Innovation Summit hosted by UCF’s Pegasus Innovation Lab.

Their presentation, Agentic Digital Solutions on Effective Educational Ecosystems in STEM Laboratory Courses: Designing, Developing, Implementing, and Researching the Immersive Online Content Approach, was followed by a panel discussion with the collaborators. The cross-institutional team are the founding members of the FAU Stem Research Group for Digital Laboratory Learning, a research group with the goal of increasing agency and efficacy of virtual STEM laboratories. The team continues to innovate online learning in STEM labs, building a community of practice for faculty to sharing best practices and improve online learning environments for students.
