Spring 2023 Undergraduate Research Courses are Underway

The 70 students enrolled in Multidisciplinary Research Methods 1 are receiving guidance in finding an FAU faculty mentor to begin their undergraduate research experience. While contacting potential mentors, students engage in professional development to build their curriculum vitae (CV), research statement, and interview skills.

Over 20 students registered for RI: Multidisciplinary Research Methods 3 are continuing to work on their faculty-mentored undergraduate research! These student researchers are ready to showcase their findings and will prepare an oral talk or poster to present at research symposia and conferences. Additionally, some will submit manuscripts, co-authored with their mentors, for publication in peer-reviewed journals. All previous presentations and publications are available on the FAU High School Student Research Dashboard .
